- Develop and execute comprehensive retail leasing strategies to maximize asset yield and occupancy rates.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of leasing executives to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
- Conduct proactive market research to identify emerging retail trends and potential high-value prospects.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental packages, and contractual agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key retailers, industry stakeholders, and leasing agents.
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with asset management and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and store placement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail leasing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale retail assets or shopping malls in the Singapore market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape, tenant requirements, and lease administration processes.
