Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies for premium retail properties in Orchard
- Lead and mentor a high-performance leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Negotiate complex lease agreements with international and local retail brands
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform leasing decisions
- Manage tenant relationships throughout the lease lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance tenant mix and customer experience
- Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare regular leasing reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of retail leasing experience with 5+ years in senior management
- Proven track record leasing premium retail spaces in Orchard or similar prime locations
- Expert knowledge of Singapore's retail property market dynamics and regulations
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to secure anchor tenants and flagship brands
- Strong financial acumen to analyze lease terms, ROI, and market valuation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving performance through KPIs
