Keppel Corporation is looking for a meticulous and experienced Deputy Manager, Payroll to join our dynamic finance team on a 1-year contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for our diverse workforce.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for a large employee headcount, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF, IRAS tax filings, and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to verify data integrity and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
- Handle complex payroll queries from employees and provide professional resolutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, reconciliations, and analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline existing payroll processes.
- Assist in year-end tax reporting (IR8A) and participate in internal and external audit activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on payroll management experience, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and Income Tax Act.
- Proven track record in managing payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar ERP software) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of the organization.
