Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and execute promotional strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail best practices
  • Train and onboard new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years in retail management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in fast-paced retail environments
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team development and coaching skills
  • Expert knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail inventory systems
