Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive customer engagement
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and execute promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail best practices
- Train and onboard new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining brand reputation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in fast-paced retail environments
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team development and coaching skills
- Expert knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail inventory systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
