Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure alignment with production targets and quality standards
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate between manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and stock optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and process improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance for senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management or logistics within manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and operational software
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
