Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate, and update comprehensive project planning programs and schedules
- Analyze project requirements and establish realistic milestones and deadlines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular progress reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction planning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CIOB) is highly desirable
