Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects according to specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
- Experience with budget management and cost control in construction projects
