As a Dermatologic Nurse, you will be integral to our patient journey, from initial consultations to post-procedure follow-up. You will assist with a variety of clinical procedures, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of aesthetic and medical treatment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist physicians and aestheticians during dermatologic procedures, including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable therapies.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain accurate medical histories prior to treatment.
- Provide comprehensive patient education regarding skincare routines, pre- and post-procedure care, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards to ensure patient safety.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses throughout procedures, providing immediate assistance when needed.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR) and maintain updated clinical files.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies, skincare products, and treatment room equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, medical asepsis, and infection prevention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented attitude are essential.
