Join Formulatrix as a Design and Manufacturing Engineer in Salatiga! PT. As a Design and Manufacturing Engineer, you'll drive innovation by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for our revolutionary products. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative manufacturing processes and systems for laboratory automation equipment
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Create detailed engineering documentation including CAD drawings, BOMs, and process specifications
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure manufacturability
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct failure mode analysis and implement robust engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards (ISO, CE)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in design and manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
