Tanggung Jawab
- Translate architectural and engineering design concepts into comprehensive project cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and bill of quantities (BOQ) for new construction bids.
- Collaborate with suppliers and sub-contractors to secure accurate pricing for materials and services.
- Review project specifications to ensure design compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to verify feasibility and gather data necessary for accurate estimations.
- Coordinate with the project management team to adjust designs and estimates based on budget constraints.
- Maintain an organized database of material costs, labor rates, and historical project data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Design Engineer, Estimator, or related construction role.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and project estimation tools.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, methodologies, and labor cost analysis.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Del Monte area.
