Tanggung Jawab
- Design precast concrete components using engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for load-bearing elements
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and fabricators on design integration
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards
- Optimize designs for cost-efficiency and constructability
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in precast design or structural engineering
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD software
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete technology
- Familiarity with Singaporean building regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- PMP or PE certification preferred
