Tanggung Jawab
- Provide responsive technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems using systematic methodologies
- Document technical processes, solutions, and asset inventory in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with network and security teams to implement best practices
- Train users on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud-based applications
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Google IT Support certification preferred
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support platforms
