Remote Employee BPO Phil Inc is looking for a dedicated Development Finance & Draw Manager to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of draw requests for development projects. You will ensure that all financial disbursements are justified by verified progress and strictly adhere to the terms of financing agreements. Your expertise will help maintain the financial health of our projects and ensure smooth communication between project teams and financial stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor project milestones to determine eligibility for draw requests.
- Prepare detailed draw schedules and payment requests for review and approval.
- Verify that all supporting documentation and invoices are accurate and complete.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external loan covenants.
- Reconcile project accounts and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
- Communicate with project managers and accountants to address billing issues.
- Update and maintain the project finance database and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in development finance or construction accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax and accounting regulations is a plus.
