Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end product development for new garment collections from concept to production
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality standards
- Manage and mentor development staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategies
- Oversee sample creation, fitting sessions, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for material sourcing and production timelines
- Implement sustainable practices and cost-efficient development methodologies
- Track KPIs and report on development progress to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years in garment manufacturing product development with 2+ years leadership
- Expertise in pattern making, garment construction, and production processes
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and PLM systems
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Deep understanding of Indonesian and international garment market trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin beneficial
- Experience with sustainable materials and ethical manufacturing practices
