Join Trimegah Securities Indonesia as a DevOps Engineer and drive our digital transformation initiatives forward. You will be instrumental in deploying and continuously improving project management practices while governing complex transformation projects from objectives definition through requirements analysis. This role bridges development and operations to build scalable, resilient infrastructure that accelerates delivery cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to innovate rapidly while maintaining enterprise-grade security and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy and continuously optimize project management frameworks for software delivery excellence
- Govern end-to-end transformation projects, defining objectives, requirements, and success metrics
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus/Grafana) and incident response protocols
- Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python/Bash) and configuration management (Ansible)
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and vulnerability management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and their services
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
