PT BCA Sekuritas is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure, ensuring that our high-frequency financial applications remain stable, secure, and scalable. You will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, implementing robust CI/CD pipelines and automating workflows to drive engineering excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support high-availability financial applications.
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/Docker) to ensure consistent deployment environments.
- Proactively monitor system performance and implement automated alerts for rapid incident response.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage cloud resources and optimize costs through efficient resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
