In this role, you will be the bridge between development and operations, fostering a culture of continuous integration, rapid deployment, and operational excellence.
As our DevOps Manager, you will lead the charge in building, maintaining, and scaling our cloud-native infrastructure. You won't just be managing systems; you will be architecting robust environments that ensure our services are secure, highly available, and cost-optimized. You will mentor a talented team of engineers, champion automation, and drive the adoption of modern SRE practices across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the DevOps/SRE team to ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to facilitate fast, reliable, and automated software releases.
- Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Drive cost-optimization initiatives to maximize cloud resource efficiency without compromising performance.
- Enforce security best practices, including identity management, secret management, and network security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong hands-on experience with Containerization (Docker) and Orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholder expectations and team output.
