We are looking for a leader who can implement Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles to drive efficiency and innovation within our production lines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily factory production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Implement and monitor Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) strategies to reduce costs and improve product quality.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of factory workers to enhance productivity and skill levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to troubleshoot production issues and optimize assembly processes.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of DFMA principles and production management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards (e.g., WSH regulations in Singapore).
- Proficient in using computer systems for production tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends as required by the operational schedule.
