As a Dialler Analyst, you will leverage your technical skills to monitor call flows, troubleshoot technical issues, and make real-time decisions that directly impact campaign success. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze dialer system performance in real-time to ensure optimal call flow and agent connectivity.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to telephony equipment and dialer software efficiently.
- Make real-time adjustments to dialing strategies and campaign parameters to maximize contact rates.
- Collaborate with the operations team to report technical glitches and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of system logs and performance metrics.
- Provide technical support and training to agents regarding dialer usage.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a contact center or BPO environment, preferably in a technical or operations role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make quick decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
