Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, monitor, and document the vital signs and physical condition of patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring equipment is calibrated and functioning according to safety protocols.
- Administer medications and perform venipuncture for cannulation of vascular access sites with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with medical regulations and facility standards.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment processes, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers to develop and execute holistic patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies or adverse reactions during treatment sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in a dialysis unit or critical care setting is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of renal care protocols, sterile techniques, and patient safety standards.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of standard medical documentation software and health information systems.
