Tanggung Jawab
- Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments according to physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to treatment complications or emergencies
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures, self-care management, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments and observations
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and functionality
- Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and families coping with chronic kidney disease
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing
- Certification in hemodialysis or specialized renal care preferred
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control protocols, and emergency response
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a healthcare team
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
