Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments prior to and following dialysis sessions to monitor health status.
- Administer medications and manage dialysis equipment to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatment parameters in real-time to respond to patient needs.
- Provide patient education on dialysis procedures, dietary requirements, and home care management.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care plans.
- Ensure a clean and sterile environment to prevent infection and maintain safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Registered Enrolled Nurse (REN) registration in Singapore.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the part-time schedule.
