Tanggung Jawab
- Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document treatment outcomes
- Educate patients on kidney disease management and self-care techniques
- Maintain sterile equipment and treatment environments
- Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans
- Respond to emergency situations during dialysis procedures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Valid Enrolled Nurse license in Singapore
- Minimum 1 year dialysis/nephrology experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Knowledge of renal anatomy and dialysis equipment
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
