Pusat Hemodialisis MAINJ is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our clinical team in Johor Bahru. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for the end-to-end care of our patients, from machine setup and monitoring to post-treatment evaluation. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient in dialysis procedures but also possesses a strong empathetic approach to patient care. You will work within a supportive clinical environment that prioritizes SOP compliance, accurate documentation, and continuous professional development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hemodialysis treatments according to established clinical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, machine parameters, and response to treatment throughout the session.
- Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments, including access cannulation and assessment.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, infection control guidelines, and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic or paper-based patient medical records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on renal care, dietary restrictions, and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and care plans.
- Manage clinical emergencies and participate in regular equipment maintenance checks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience; preference given to those with prior experience in Hemodialysis or Renal Care.
- Possess a valid Renal Post-Basic qualification or willingness to undergo certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure clinical environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain strict documentation standards.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
