We are currently seeking a dedicated Dialysis Nurse / Renal Nurse to join our team in Paltao, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the direct care of patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, ensuring their comfort, safety, and clinical stability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and medical history reviews to establish baseline health status.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, including blood pressure, weight, and dialysis access status throughout the treatment.
- Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments strictly adhering to physician orders and safety protocols.
- Identify early signs of complications such as hypotension, infections, or clotting and respond immediately with appropriate interventions.
- Provide thorough education to patients and their families regarding dialysis procedures, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential medical records for all assigned patients.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control policies and hospital safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional License from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a dialysis or nephrology setting.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by patient schedules.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong patient-centered approach to care.
