Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate die casting machines according to production specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of die equipment to prevent downtime
- Monitor quality control parameters during production runs and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize die performance and production efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Document production data and maintain accurate equipment maintenance records
- Train junior team members on proper die setting techniques and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Die Setter in manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating die casting machinery and related tooling
- Strong understanding of metal casting processes and quality standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret engineering specifications
