Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior dietitians in conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments and screening of patients.
- Prepare and monitor therapeutic diets in accordance with medical prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Provide one-on-one patient education sessions regarding dietary modifications and healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient care plans.
- Support and participate in community nutrition programs and health promotion initiatives.
- Manage food service operations and ensure accurate documentation of patient dietary records.
- Assist in menu planning and the ordering of specialized food products.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
- Valid registration or eligibility for registration with the Singapore Dietitians Association (SDA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using hospital management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach and a strong commitment to quality service.
- Relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
