As our Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in planning advertising strategies, developing high-converting funnels, and implementing comprehensive digital marketing activities with a strong focus on SEO and SEM. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital advertising strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-opportunity search terms for SEM and SEO.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting bids and targeting to meet specific KPIs and conversion goals.
- Implement and manage tracking pixels, GTM tags, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Digital Ads Specialist or similar performance marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Certified proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic action.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Seminyak area.
