Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid search, social media, and display channels.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to ensure maximum ROAS.
- Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing page content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, imagery, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO/SEM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Business Suite is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in managing monthly ad budgets exceeding IDR 50 million.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid media strategies.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
