In this crucial role, you will take ownership of planning, developing, executing, and optimizing our clients' digital advertising strategies. You will be at the forefront of driving brand awareness and generating leads through expert management of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze campaign data, manage budgets effectively, and continuously refine tactics to exceed KPIs. Your day-to-day will involve deep keyword research, audience segmentation, creative A/B testing, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with our creative and content teams to ensure seamless integration between ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to achieve client-specific KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness and reduce CPA.
- Create compelling ad copies and collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting visuals and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI while ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
- Set up and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning strategies.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards to generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies for maximum visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns (agency experience is a plus).
- Proven proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner).
- Expertise in web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
