Erajaya is seeking a highly analytical and creative Digital Ads Specialist - Supervisor to join our dynamic marketing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital growth, overseeing comprehensive ad strategies across major platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.
As a Supervisor, you will not only execute campaigns but also mentor a team, refine targeting methodologies, and leverage advanced analytics to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and key e-commerce marketplaces.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize ROAS/CPA targets.
- Manage advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages.
- Supervise and mentor junior specialists to ensure team performance and professional growth.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, bidding strategies, and ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Report directly to marketing leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong experience with e-commerce ad ecosystems (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
