Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing visual and written content.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure delivery aligns with client goals and financial targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing roles.
- Proficiency in managing paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into effective strategy.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM tools is a significant advantage.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
