In this role, you will be the engine behind our online growth, responsible for crafting high-impact advertising strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive conversion rates across all major digital channels.
As our Digital Advertising Specialist, you will manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles—from initial brainstorming and audience targeting to ad copy creation and performance optimization. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your insights will directly influence our marketing ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Develop compelling ad copy, creative briefs, and visual concepts that resonate with the B ERL Cosmetics target audience.
- Perform daily budget management and bid optimization to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing KPIs, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all advertising assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in managing paid digital media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic quality, specifically within the beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple ad campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
