Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize ad spend, and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to demonstrate campaign results.
- Optimize landing pages and user experience to increase conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
