Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital brand strategy to increase market presence and brand awareness.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality multimedia content across all digital platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce visually stunning and on-brand creative assets.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content reach and engagement levels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage with the online community and manage brand reputation through proactive social media interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management.
- Proven portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns and high-quality creative content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Canva, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
