In this role, you will be the architect of our online presence, responsible for driving traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the synergy between compelling content and high-performing paid media. You will take ownership of our digital ecosystem, from optimizing our marketplace listings and website performance to architecting high-impact campaigns on Meta and Google. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and display networks.
- Manage and scale paid advertising budgets on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to achieve target ROAS.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand engagement and follower growth.
- Oversee website health, including SEO performance, content updates, and user journey optimization.
- Manage marketplace store operations, including product listing optimization, store layout, and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing page assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing paid media budgets.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and marketplace management (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Excellent data analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong copywriting and creative content creation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
