You will manage the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and compelling across all touchpoints. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the conceptualization and design of high-impact digital campaigns, including social media content, email marketing, and website assets.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and translate them into creative strategies.
  • Oversee the production of creative assets, providing clear feedback to external vendors and internal teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize creative content and improve user engagement rates.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, design tools, and technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Digital Creative Officer or Creative Director role within the marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and web layout.
  • Excellent command of the English and Indonesian languages, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
