As a Digital Entrepreneur & Network Development Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing sourcing strategies, engaging with potential candidates, and guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our network of digital entrepreneurs and driving mutual growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source and identify potential digital entrepreneurs, social sellers, and affiliate marketers using online platforms, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct proactive outreach and build relationships with potential candidates to understand their goals and present relevant opportunities.
- Evaluate candidate suitability and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified digital talent to meet ongoing network expansion goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns that attract top-tier digital entrepreneurs.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in digital entrepreneurship, social selling, and affiliate marketing to identify new opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital entrepreneurship, social selling, and affiliate marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) for professional networking and sourcing.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
