Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize core HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of new global HR technologies and digital platforms.
  • Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for HR system-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to define business requirements and map digital HR workflows.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for HR systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, payroll cycles, and performance management workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global, fast-paced environment.
