Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize core HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new global HR technologies and digital platforms.
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for HR system-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to define business requirements and map digital HR workflows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for HR systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or digital transformation roles.
- Proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, payroll cycles, and performance management workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global, fast-paced environment.
