Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Manage e-commerce storefront performance, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey mapping.
  • Analyze weekly marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and pivots.
  • Plan and coordinate email marketing sequences and customer retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing page content.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROAS.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
  • Proven track record of managing performance marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with a 'hustle' mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, attribution modeling, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
