Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and update the company’s official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze website traffic and social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and ROI.
  • Design and publish engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses and office inventory.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
