Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, SEO, and content marketing
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences in the tourism and hospitality sectors
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns in the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
