Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to increase brand visibility.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including photos and short-form videos, specifically tailored for a sports and lifestyle audience.
- Manage end-to-end social media community engagement, responding to inquiries and building active brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide monthly performance reports to optimize future marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and promote events, tournaments, or seasonal promotions at the driving range.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management for a brand or business.
- Strong proficiency in creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
- Basic video editing skills using mobile apps like CapCut or InShot.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Indonesian; ability to write engaging, creative copy.
- A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of local trends and digital behavior in the Palembang region.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
