Tanggung Jawab

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activities in the e-commerce sector.
- Optimize sales funnels across multiple digital channels to maximize conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce growth roles.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and customer acquisition metrics.
- Experience in managing affiliate programs or influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
