In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting our digital growth strategies, managing social media initiatives, and analyzing campaign performance for our premium nutritional product lines. You will work alongside industry experts to craft engaging content, drive online brand awareness, and contribute to the health and wellness of the Indonesian community.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the execution of daily digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Support the content creation process, including copywriting, visual asset coordination, and creative brainstorming.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to provide actionable insights and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and manage customer inquiries.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital events, webinars, or product launches.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities in the nutritional space.

Kualifikasi

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the health, wellness, and nutritional industry.
