Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging digital trends in the real estate sector.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics for social media and website traffic.
- Collaborate with the creative team on copywriting and visual asset preparation for advertisements.
- Support administrative tasks related to vendor management and campaign scheduling.
- Assist in managing basic community engagement across online platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Strong passion for digital marketing and keeping up with the latest social media trends.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work full-time from our office in Tangerang Selatan.
- Strong analytical mindset with basic knowledge of marketing KPIs.
