In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire digital ecosystem, ensuring our premium aesthetic services reach the right audience with compelling, high-converting messaging.

As the leader of our marketing department, you will manage end-to-end campaigns across social media, SEO, and content marketing. You will work closely with our clinical and sales teams to promote our state-of-the-art aesthetic treatments. Join us to lead a dynamic marketing team, optimize our digital footprint, and shape the future of digital beauty in East Java.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with AIO Aesthetic Clinic's business goals and brand identity.
  • Lead social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to boost engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
  • Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve search rankings and drive high-quality organic traffic to the clinic's website.
  • Analyze marketing performance data (KPIs, ROI, CAC) to optimize campaigns and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to create promotional content, blog posts, and educational materials about aesthetic treatments.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and manage external agencies or freelancers if necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the aesthetic market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Marketing Lead, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of the aesthetic, cosmetic, or beauty industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or CMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
