Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads to support the Business Development team’s pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough A/B testing on landing pages and email sequences to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad copy and marketing assets.
  • Manage CRM databases to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in running performance-based ad campaigns across Google and Social Media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a contract-based capacity.
