Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition.
- Manage and optimize paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads to support the Business Development team’s pipeline.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on landing pages and email sequences to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad copy and marketing assets.
- Manage CRM databases to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in running performance-based ad campaigns across Google and Social Media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a contract-based capacity.
