Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase clinic awareness and patient volume.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to drive brand engagement.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets and campaigns.
- Plan and manage digital advertising budgets across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to showcase services, promotions, and patient testimonials effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports to the management team.
- Oversee influencer partnerships and community management to build a loyal patient base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of managing digital ad budgets and delivering a positive ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian and English, with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Surabaya market landscape and digital consumer behavior.
