Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Develop creative content strategies, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing promotional materials and collateral.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
